Are your pieces made to order?
Yes. Most Nero Notte garments are made to order. This allows us to craft each piece with intention while keeping production thoughtful and responsible.
How long will my order take?
Please allow 2 weeks for creation, followed by a few days for delivery, depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.
Do you offer refunds?
Because every Nero Notte piece is handcrafted and made to order, all sales are final. We do not offer monetary refunds.
Can I exchange my item for a different size?
We offer a one‑time size exchange for eligible, non‑custom pieces. Exchanges must be initiated within 10 business days of delivery and the item must be returned in pristine, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Which items are final sale and not eligible for exchange?
Custom pieces, tailored items, discounted items, and anything marked Final Sale at checkout cannot be exchanged. Worn, damaged, or altered garments are also ineligible.
Who covers return shipping for exchanges?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked, insured service.
How do I start an exchange?
Email our Customer Service team with your Order Number and requested size. We’ll confirm availability and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.
How do I choose the right size?
Please review our size chart and measuring guidelines carefully before ordering. Since each piece is made to order, selecting the correct size ensures the best fit and honours the craftsmanship behind your garment.
